Boundary surveying includes performing a cadastral survey of a tract of land to provide the landowner with a plat describing a deeded or surveyed parcel. We can also break down the original parcel into smaller pieces and provide the landowner with a plat and description. 

If you do not require a full survey, but are concerned with the location of a property boundary, we can locate a property line and stake it.

Need to build a new fence? Whether you want to build it on a current property line, section off an existing field, or just build a fence in a new location, we can stake the location of the fence so that is straight and accurately placed. 

Want to subdivide a piece of land to develop?  Working hand in hand with our Engineering department we can provide a design of the subdivision including a plat of the proposed property boundaries, grading and excavation plan, street layout, drainage plan, and a utility plan.

We provide contractors with construction staking services, including layout of the site, location of improvements, bridge staking, and grid lines for building construction based off of the planned design.
